ISG Provider Lens™ Focal Points - Intelligent Automation Services - Europe 2024
How to Get the Most Value From Intelligent Automation Services – Europe
The intelligent automation (IA) space in Europe has evolved over the last 5 to 6 years, driven by AI advancements and enterprises’ increasing maturity in embracing automation. Enterprises are looking beyond RPA, which only served as a point solution but failed to connect different business parts. Mark Purdy, Principal Analyst and the author of the ISG Provider Lens Intelligent Automation Services – Europe report, says, “GenAI is turbocharging IA capabilities in ways we did not think of a few years ago.” Enterprises and providers are integrating IA to achieve process excellence and identify redundancies. Increased GenAI use is advancing IA, with enterprises using LLMs for industry- and domain-specific automation. GenAI implementation in AIOps has prompted providers to revamp their offerings, enhancing autonomy and problem-solving capabilities.
